Ethical Marketing Policy

In order to achieve an important role towards a sustainable future, we are committed to adhering to ethical principles, social responsibility, and sustainable business practices.

1. Provide sustainable products and services

We are committed to developing and providing sustainable products that minimize environmental impact and contribute to the restoration of the natural environment. We will provide accurate information through proactive independent agency evaluations to prove that the products and services we offer are truly sustainable.

2. Environmental impact reduction and carbon neutrality

We will proactively take steps to reduce our impact on the environment. We will set carbon neutral goals and promote initiatives to reduce emissions. We will be transparent in our efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and we will measure and verify our emissions through specialized measurement periods, which will be made public on our official website and through other means.

3. Respect for workers’ rights and welfare

We place importance on humane labor practices and respect the rights and welfare of our employees. We provide fair working conditions and promote a work environment that respects all employees regardless of race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or disability.

We will also encourage our partner companies in the supply chain to eradicate all forms of discrimination.

4. Social Impact Initiatives

We will contribute to the restoration of the natural environment in Japan, which is rich in endemic species and designated as a biodiversity hotspot, and actively support education, including in developing countries around the world, in pursuit of social impact in the context of ‘Nature Positive’.

5. Avoiding greenwashing and SDGs-washing

We will not use marketing techniques that include exaggeration or misinformation in our own services or in related services we are contracted to provide. We will ensure that information regarding the sustainability of our products and services is accurate, objective, and, whenever possible, certified by a specialized agency to ensure credibility. We make a substantive commitment to Nature Positive and the SDGs and avoid mere superficial efforts.

CLASS EARTH obtained the B Corp Certification, an accreditation for companies demonstrating high standards of social and environmental responsibility, in November 2024.
